General Information
Every care has been taken to ensure the descriptions, colours and specifications of the goods portrayed in our website and associated brochures are correct. However, slight variations in the actual goods may occur.
Availability & Prices
All goods are offered for sale subject to availability. We regret that occasionally it may be impossible to complete an order if a product is withdrawn for any reason. The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website and inclusive of any VAT that may be payable by you. We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in the rate of VAT or supplier costs. All prices and delivery charges are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full at the time of ordering. In the event of any deliveries to addresses outside of the UK, the purchaser is entirely responsible for any applicable customs’ duties or taxes in your own country. In the exceptional circumstances that any particular item of clothing is not in stock we reserve the right to provide an alternative of the same colour and quality.
Ordering
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods, subject to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and we shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of the goods set out in your order.
Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the site. We do not offer any credit facilities, so we will not deliver goods to you if you do not pay for your order in full at the time of ordering.
Delivery
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods, howsoever caused. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address. Please see our Delivery Policy for more information.
Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will refund the value of the goods supplied and initial delivery charge, provided you inform us within fifteen working days of receipt of the goods and the goods, together with the delivery note, are returned to us in perfect condition to the address specified on the delivery note.
Please be aware that the company does not accept refunds or returns on any personalised items of clothing.

Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied, and, in the case of damaged or defective goods or incorrect deliveries, any delivery charges incurred by you. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, (including without limitation, financial loss such as loss of profit or otherwise), whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. We cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on our order details. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Children
We do not sell goods for purchase by children. We sell children’s goods for purchase by adults. If you are under eighteen years, you may order goods from us only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Choice of law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Shipping Policy
All of our deliveries will need to be signed for. We strongly recommend that you propose an address where there will always be someone present to sign for the delivery.
Please contact us on 07437 645232 to discuss other delivery options and/or for overseas delivery costs otherwise the postage options for your order will be displayed at the checkout.
Our couriers aim to deliver within 24-48 hours within the UK where possible. At times due to other circumstances this may not be possible. All orders received before 1pm (Monday to Friday – except bank Holidays). Orders before 1pm will be despatched the same day (with the rare exception). Overseas delivery times will vary.
For clothing and teamwear orders please allow 3-5 weeks to receive your order.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK
If you would like us to arrange for delivery to addresses outside of the UK, please call Customer Services on + 44 (0)7437 645232 and our staff will be pleased to provide you with a quote.
COLLECTION OF ORDERS
By prior arrangement it may be possible to collect your order from our premises. All orders need to be paid for before goods will be released. Please contact our customer service department for details. Call 07437 645232
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Orders will be delivered by our designated courier. Occasionally we may use Royal Mail for small items.
Our Courier cannot deliver to an address if there is no one in to acknowledge receipt of the order. They will not, even by request, leave the parcel at the address or preferred location at the address. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier Force, a delivery card will be left and the parcel will be taken to the nearest depot for collection or delivery on an alternative day. Please contact them as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.
We strongly recommend that you propose an address where there will always be someone present to sign for the delivery.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
If you submit your order using the web site we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you have given us to confirm all your order details, including products ordered and total cost. Please check your emails spam box.
LOST & MISSING DELIVERIES PLEASE WAIT SEVEN WORKING DAYS.
We try to deliver all goods within seven working days of the order being placed unless you are notified of any delay at the time of making your order. If you have selected 24 hour signed for delivery then you should expect your items in that time. All orders received before 1pm (Monday to Friday – except bank Holidays) will be despatched the same day (with the rare exception). Overseas delivery times will vary. If after 10 working days you have not received your products then please call Customer Services on 07437 645232 Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and please have your order number to hand.
