Shipping Policy

All of our deliveries will need to be signed for. We strongly recommend that you propose an address where there will always be someone present to sign for the delivery.

Our couriers aim to deliver within 24-48 hours within the UK where possible. At times due to other circumstances this may not be possible. All orders received before 1pm (Monday to Friday – except bank Holidays). Orders before 1pm will be despatched the same day (with the rare exception). Overseas delivery times will vary.

For clothing and teamwear orders please allow 3-5 weeks to receive your order.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK

If you would like us to arrange for delivery to addresses outside of the UK, please call Customer Services on + 44 (0)7437 645232 and our staff will be pleased to provide you with a quote.

COLLECTION OF ORDERS

By prior arrangement it may be possible to collect your order from our premises. All orders need to be paid for before goods will be released. Please contact our customer service department for details. Call 07437 645232

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Orders will be delivered by our designated courier. Occasionally we may use Royal Mail for small items.

Our Courier cannot deliver to an address if there is no one in to acknowledge receipt of the order. They will not, even by request, leave the parcel at the address or preferred location at the address. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier Force, a delivery card will be left and the parcel will be taken to the nearest depot for collection or delivery on an alternative day. Please contact them as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

If you submit your order using the web site we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you have given us to confirm all your order details, including products ordered and total cost. Please check your emails spam box.

LOST & MISSING DELIVERIES PLEASE WAIT SEVEN WORKING DAYS.

We try to deliver all goods within seven working days of the order being placed unless you are notified of any delay at the time of making your order. If you have selected 24 hour signed for delivery then you should expect your items in that time.
